  1. How long are the shipping times?

Your products will ship 1-3 days of your order, and may take up to 2-3      weeks to reach your doorstep. Due to the current impacts of the pandemic and increased demand, there may be border delays beyond our control as emergency supplies receive priority. We are committed to getting the order to you as quickly as possible and we appreciate your patience. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. 

2. What's your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. To start a return, you can contact us and you will be instructed on the steps to follow.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel the order but still receive the package, then  please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it or enjoy it.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there is an issue with your order - if it's the wrong size, wrong color, defective or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - then simply notify us. You should return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item and we'll give you a refund. 

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, you should return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
